WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

You’ll need a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone; whatever you normally use to access the internet. Make certain you can hear!

If you don’t have a Zoom account, you’ll need to create one. 

If you are not familiar with using Zoom, we encourage you to practice with a friend before the class!

WHAT IF I’M HAVING TROUBLE SEEING ZOOM MEETING?

If you are having any trouble with poor video or the signal cutting in or out, consider attending in audio mode only and bypassing the video. You will hear all the same information in real time, you just won’t be able to see our beautiful faces!

HOW SHOULD I WATCH THE ZOOM MEETING?

Watch the meeting in Speaker View – The View Setting can be changed in the upper right corner of your screen. This way, you won’t be distracted. 

WILL ANYONE BE ABLE TO SEE ME?

Yes, you will be seen at various times throughout the class. We’ll let you know when to turn your camera on or off.  You should be able to see the presenter/s at all times!

Please note, if you do not wish to be on camera, it's perfectly fine, but we hope you will be!

WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS?

Don’t! There are no refunds or exchanges! Make arrangements to free up your schedule so that you can experience the great investment you are making in your own spiritual growth! By the way, we’re very proud of you!

WHAT IF I’M LATE FOR CLASS?

Try not to be late! All sessions will start on time, and we don’t want you to miss a thing! However, you will be able to enter the session at any time. 

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE CLASS?

You will want to have little to no distractions.  If you live with others, we suggest you alert your household, even your pets! Turn off your cell phone, if you can. Turn off televisions, too, anything that makes noise!

You’ll also want to have a notebook & a pen handy. 

You may be asked to have other items for a future class. If that’s the case, don’t worry, we’ll be sure to let you know!

MAY I ASK QUESTIONS DURING THE ZOOM MEETING?

Yes! We will offer a question & answer opportunity at the end of the call or via a special chat area. We’ll let you know at the beginning of the call.  

WILL THERE BE HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS?

Yes! Homework is a big part of our growth series. Be prepared to put in the work that will help to ensure that you receive the most out of the group growth series!
