It can give you a way to express negative feelings, for example, or motivate you to find solutions to problems. But excessive anger can cause problems.

Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an upcoming event or something with an uncertain outcome.
We all experience feelings of anxiety from time to time, but it is when this worrying takes over to the point where we feel paralyzed and are unable to do the things we really want to do.

The scriptures make us know that we can count on the Lord to take care of us completely including providing for all our needs, protecting us from evil, guiding us, keeping our souls secure for eternity, and so much more!

Family relationship problems can occur between parents, children, siblings, and other relatives. Signs of family relationship problems include frequent arguing, disagreements, breakdown in communication, angry outbursts, avoidance, and physical conflict.

We understand the importance of family and want to help you to resolve conflict. We also understand that we can only change ourselves and no one else. The biblical-counseling sessions will address those things the Lord is requiring of you, not the other party. Together, we can discover the part you may play in the matter and why.

This may include working together to discover those stumbling blocks that may be preventing you from being consistent in the things of God. 

We will show you how, support you in, and walk you through the process of developing spiritual disciplines!
